Shipping & Returns


Free delivery applies as follows:

Any UK orders - £4.49 2nd Class Signed for or Free Delivery on orders over £50

Standard Delivery charge is £4.49. We will deliver your products anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles).


Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed from time of purchase. This allows for card security verification checks and allows you to cancel order until then.

UK Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days

Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the day you have received your items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days then contact your bank provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is made.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
